A stunning antique Ethiopian table from the Gurage people, known for very fine and artistic furnitures, late 19th to early 20th century. Carved in hardwood. Perfect coffee table size with a style that feels very contemporary with today design trends with a mix of folk art furniture and early modernism design, like for example Swedish 1930´s summer house furnitures from Nordiska Kompaniet (NK). Nice old crack repairs with metal parts and a fine age patina.
