Extremely rare Axel Einar Hjorth "Åbo" chair designed for the "Åbo" bedroom furniture group 1929. Only 2 pieces of this chair is known until today. Parts of the "Åbo" furniture group was exhibited at the Stockholms Exhibition 1930.
Axel Einar Hjorth was Head Architect at Nordiska Kompaniet 1927-1938 and is today internationally known as one of the 20th Century´s most important furniture Architects.
