Ulla Wiggen (1942 -) belonged to a group of artists that was called "the new realists". She painted printed circuit boards (PCB´s), computers and electronic components which should be seen as extensions of the human consciousness. She made in all around 30 paintings on this theme between 1963-1969. Today her paintings motives are based on the human bodys inside. She has also painted portraits since the 70´s and works as psychoterapist. Her old works have today a revival and have later been exhibited at important Swedish and international art institutions. She was 1965-1967 assistant to Öijvind Fahlström. Signed atergo UW -67
